Several addresses make one envelope each, all in one PDF.

About the envelope printer
Handwriting addresses is slow, and it is hard to read. This free envelope printer puts the address straight onto the envelope, neatly, in the right place: your return address in the top-left corner, the delivery address in the middle.
Type several addresses, with a blank line between them, and you get one envelope per address in a single PDF — print a whole stack of invitations, cards or letters at once.
Everything is made in your browser. Your addresses are never uploaded.
Envelope sizes
- #10 (4⅛ × 9½ in) — the standard US business envelope
- #9 (3⅞ × 8⅞ in) — the reply envelope that fits inside a #10
- Monarch (3⅞ × 7½ in) — personal letters
- A7 and A2 — invitation and greeting card envelopes
- DL (110 × 220 mm) — the standard business envelope in Europe and much of the world
- C5 (162 × 229 mm) — for A5 sheets, or an A4 sheet folded once
- C6 (114 × 162 mm) — for cards and A4 folded twice
- C4 (229 × 324 mm) — large, for unfolded A4
The page of the PDF is the exact size of the envelope.
Printing on an envelope
Printers take envelopes in different ways, so make one test first:
- In the print window, choose the paper size that matches your envelope, and Actual size (100%)
- Put the envelope in the way your printer shows — most have a small picture by the paper tray
- Most printers want a landscape page. If yours feeds envelopes short edge first and the address comes out sideways, choose Portrait, turned
- If the address lands a few millimetres off, use Move right and Move down
- Tick Draw the envelope edge and print on plain paper to check the position without wasting an envelope
Good to know
- The address text shrinks to fit if a line is very long
- Name in bold makes the first line of the delivery address bold
- No web address is printed on envelopes
- Korean, Japanese and Chinese addresses work — the right font loads by itself. Envelopes in those countries are often written top to bottom; this tool writes across
