The second line is optional — a job title, a company or a table number.

About the name tag maker
Meeting new people is easier when everyone wears a name tag. This free tool turns a list of names into printable name badges or folded table cards, ready to cut out. Type or paste the names — one per line — and print.
Everything is made in your browser. Your list of names is never uploaded.
Name badges
The classic "HELLO my name is" badge, or your own text in the coloured band: the event name, the company, "Welcome", or nothing at all.
- 6, 8 or 10 badges per page
- The name is as large as it fits, a long name simply gets smaller type
- A second line under the name: job title, company, team or table number
- Band colour: red, blue, green, black or none
- Cut along the dashed lines, then put the badges in plastic holders or stick them on with tape
Folded table cards
A table card (also called a table tent) stands on a desk or a table and shows a name to the people around it. It is one strip of paper folded in the middle. The top half is printed upside down on purpose: after folding, both sides read the right way up.
- Large — one per page, for a desk or a panel discussion
- Medium — two per page, for meetings and training rooms
- Small — six per page, place cards for weddings and dinners
Print on thick paper or card if your printer can take it; it stands up better.
Paste from a spreadsheet
Have the guest list in Excel or Google Sheets? Copy the name column and the second column together and paste them in. The tab between the columns works just like the |.
