About this app

Knowledge Path (Con Đường Tri Thức) turns studying into a series of quick practice tests. Take any test in two ways: Free mode shows the correct answer and an explanation the moment you tap, so you learn as you go; Timed mode hides the answers and runs a countdown for real exam practice.
No account, no sign-up — everything is stored on your device and works offline once content is downloaded.
Why Two Modes Instead of One
Most quiz apps pick one behaviour and force it on every situation. That is a mistake, because learning something and testing whether you know it are different activities and they need opposite conditions.
Learning wants immediate feedback. When you answer and find out straight away whether you were right — and why — the correction lands while the reasoning is still in your head. Waiting until the end of a 50-question test to discover you misunderstood something means re-learning your own thinking from twenty minutes ago. That is what Free mode is for.
Testing wants no feedback at all. The value of a mock exam comes from reproducing exam conditions: no answers, no hints, a clock running. If the app tells you the answer as you go, you never find out whether you could have retrieved it alone, which is the only thing the real exam will measure. That is Timed mode.
Using the right one at the right stage matters. Free mode while you are still learning the material. Timed mode once you think you know it. People who only ever use instant-feedback quizzes consistently overestimate how well they know something, because recognising a correct answer feels like knowing it and is not the same thing.
Explanations Are the Point
A score tells you almost nothing. Getting 34 out of 50 leaves you knowing you have a problem and no idea what it is.
Every question here comes with an explanation of why each option is right or wrong — which is where the actual learning happens. A wrong answer becomes information: you misread the question, you confused two similar concepts, you did not know a fact, or you guessed. Those are four different problems with four different fixes, and only an explanation tells you which one you had.
It matters for correct answers too. Getting something right by lucky guess looks identical to getting it right by understanding, right up until the exam. Reading the explanation on a question you got right is how you tell the difference.

Why Practice Testing Works
This is one of the best-established findings in how people learn, and it goes against what most students actually do.
Retrieving beats reviewing. Trying to pull an answer out of your memory strengthens it far more than reading the same material again. Re-reading notes feels productive because it feels easy — but that ease is the problem. The effort of retrieval is what builds the memory.
Forgetting a little helps. Revisiting material after you have partly forgotten it works better than reviewing it while it is fresh. This is why spacing tests out over a week beats taking five in one afternoon, even though the second feels more like hard work.
Wrong answers are worth more than right ones. A question you missed has located a gap you did not know was there. A question you got right confirms something you already had. Time spent on mistakes is the highest-value study time available.
Which is why the practise-wrong-answers and bookmark features exist. They are not extras — they are the mechanism that turns a test result into actual improvement.
Perfect For
- Exam preparation of any kind, where multiple-choice practice is available
- Self-studiers with no class to sit mock tests in
- Anyone who has failed an exam once and needs to find the real gaps
- Commuters and busy learners, since tests can be paused and resumed
- Offline study — flights, trains, anywhere with no signal
- People who read notes and still fail, and need retrieval practice instead
Private by Design
There is no account and no sign-up, which means there is nothing to hand over and nothing to leak.
Your scores, bookmarks and progress stay on your device. If you want them on a new phone, the back-up and restore feature moves them across — under your control, rather than through someone else's server.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Free mode and Timed mode?
Free mode shows the correct answer and an explanation the moment you tap, so you learn as you go — it is for when you are still getting to grips with the material. Timed mode hides the answers and runs a countdown, reproducing exam conditions — it is for finding out whether you actually know it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Everything is stored on your own device.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once the content has been downloaded. That makes it practical for commutes, flights and anywhere the signal is poor.
What happens if I have to stop halfway through a test?
You can resume exactly where you left off. Unfinished tests are kept, so an interruption does not cost you the attempt.
Can I practise only the questions I got wrong?
Yes. After a test you can run a focused session on just the questions you missed, which is where most of the improvement comes from. You can also bookmark individual questions and return to them at any time.
How are best scores decided?
Your best result is tracked per test and per mode. When two attempts score the same, the faster time wins.
Can I move my progress to a new phone?
Yes. Back up your scores and restore them on the new device.
Is the app free?
Yes, it is free to use.
