About the multiplication worksheets
Learning the times tables takes practice — a little, often. This free tool makes printable multiplication worksheets with an answer key, and a new set of problems every time you press New problems.
It opens ready for the 1 to 12 times tables. Change two numbers and it makes sheets for just one table, or for bigger numbers.
Everything is made in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no sign-up.
One table, or all of them
- All tables from 1 to 12 — both numbers from 1 to 12 (the default)
- One table — set the first number from 7 to 7, and every problem is in the 7 times table
- A few tables — for example 2 to 5, for children who are just starting
- Bigger numbers — two-digit by one-digit (10–99 × 2–9) for older students
Every page has different problems, and the same problem never appears twice on a page if the range allows it.
Practice that works
- Short and often — one sheet of 20 or 30 problems a day helps more than one long session a week
- Time it — note the time on the sheet, and try to beat it next week
- Mark together — the answer key makes it quick to check and talk about mistakes
- Then division — once a table is known, switch the operation to Division (÷) to practise it backwards
Layout
- Stacked — the two numbers in a column, with a line for the answer
- In a row — "7 × 8 = ____", faster, good for timed drills
Choose 12 to 50 problems per page, up to 20 pages, and a name, date and score line at the top.

How to use it
- Multiplication and the 1–12 tables are already selected
- To practise one table, set the first number to that table — for example 7 to 7
- Choose the layout, problems per page and pages
- Keep the answer key on for marking

- Press New problems for tomorrow's sheet
