About the business card maker
Need business cards today? Type your name, job title, company and contact details, choose a layout and colours, and you get a print-ready PDF with 10 cards on one sheet. Print it at home on card stock, cut along the crop marks, and you are done.
There are two standard card sizes: 85 × 55 mm, used in Europe and most countries, and 3.5 × 2 in, used in the USA and Canada. There are seven layouts, from a classic card with a colour line on top to a minimal black-and-white card and a bold full-colour card.
You can add your company logo to the front, the back or both, and a back side on page 2. The back is placed so each back lines up with its front when you print on both sides.

Tips for printing and cutting
- Use card stock or thick paper — about 200–300 g/m² (or 80–110 lb cover) works in most home printers
- Print at 100% / actual size — "fit to page" makes the cards smaller
- Print one test page on plain paper first and check the text
- Cut with a paper cutter or a ruler and a sharp knife, along the small grey crop marks
- For a back side, print page 2 on the other side and choose flip on the long edge
Frequently asked questions
What is the standard business card size?
In the USA and Canada it is 3.5 × 2 inches (about 89 × 51 mm). In Europe and most other countries it is 85 × 55 mm. Both sizes are in the Card size list.
Can I print business cards on both sides?
Yes. Tick Add a back side (page 2). The back shows your company name (or your name) in white on your colour. Print page 2 on the back of the sheet and flip on the long edge, so each back sits behind its front.
Why do I get only 8 cards on US Letter?
That happens with the 85 × 55 mm size: only 4 rows fit on a Letter page. Choose 3.5 × 2 in to get 10 cards.
What are crop marks?
Small grey lines outside the cards that show where to cut. They stay outside the cards, so they do not show on the cards after cutting.
Can I add a logo?
Yes. Press Choose a logo and pick a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file. Choose On the front, On the back or On both sides. Each layout puts the logo in its own spot and makes room for it. A PNG with a clear (transparent) background looks best, and empty edges are cut off for you. The logo is not uploaded; it stays in your browser.
Is it free?
Yes. The cards are made in your browser, and nothing you type is uploaded.
