About the trip itinerary maker
A one-page plan makes a trip calmer: everyone knows where you go each day, which tickets are booked and where you sleep. This maker prints a clean day-by-day itinerary — a row for every day with the date, morning, afternoon, evening and where you sleep — and a second page for bookings and notes (flights, hotels, car hire, important numbers).
Pick the first day and the number of days, and every date is filled in. Type your plans to print them in the right boxes — or leave them empty and write by hand.
How to use it
- Type the trip name
- Choose the first day and the number of days
- Optional: type your plans, one line per day, split with |
- Pick the colours and the heading style
- Press Print or Download PDF
Writing the plans
One line per day. Split the day with a vertical bar | into four parts:
morning | afternoon | evening | where you sleep
For example:
*Colosseum (booked 9:00) | Roman Forum | Pizza night | Hotel Roma*
Leave a part empty to write it by hand later, or skip a line for a free day.
Tips for a good itinerary
- Don't over-plan — one big thing a day, plus time to wander.
- Write booking times in the plan: museum slots, train times, restaurant reservations.
- Group nearby sights on the same day to save travel time.
- Plan a light first day after a long journey.
- Keep a copy on your phone and one on paper — batteries run out.
