Click to upload or drop a spreadsheet
XLSX, XLS, XLSM, ODS or CSV — converted in your browser, never uploadedAbout this tool
This free Excel to PDF converter turns a spreadsheet into a proper printable document. Upload an .xlsx, .xls, .ods or .csv file and get a clean PDF table with sensible column widths, a repeating header and page numbers of rows that actually fit the paper.
It runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded, so a budget, payroll sheet or client list stays on your own machine.
Laid out for paper, not for a screen
A spreadsheet has no pages; a PDF does. The tool works out the layout for you:
- Column widths come from the content, then shrink to fit the page — no column runs off the edge
- The header row repeats on every page, so page 7 still tells you what each column is
- Numbers are right-aligned, text is left-aligned, exactly as they read in a table
- Long values are trimmed with an ellipsis rather than overlapping the next column
- Optional gridlines for a classic printed-table look
Choose A4, Letter or A3, portrait or landscape, and a font size — wide sheets usually want landscape and a smaller font. The preview shows page 1 exactly as it will print, and tells you the total page count.
Every sheet, or just one
Multi-tab workbooks are fully supported. Convert only the sheet you are looking at, or tick Include every sheet to put the whole workbook into one PDF, each sheet starting on a fresh page.
Any language
The text is written as real, selectable PDF text so you can search and copy it. Sheets containing Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Greek or other scripts that the PDF standard fonts cannot encode are rendered from the same layout as high-resolution pages instead — so the output is always correct, whatever the language.
