About this tool

This free Add Header to PDF tool adds a header to every page of your PDF using text, an image (logo), or both. Add page numbers, a date, a document title or any custom note, and drop in a logo or image alongside it. Use the placeholders {page}, {total} and {date} and choose the alignment, font size, color and margin.

Everything runs in your browser — your PDF is never uploaded to a server.
