Your board is saved on this device as you draw — it is still here when you come back.
A whiteboard in your browser
Open the page and start drawing — no account, no app, no setup. Sketch an idea, explain a maths problem, plan a project or play a drawing game. Your board saves itself on this device as you draw, so it is still there when you come back.
It works with a mouse, a touch screen or a pen. With a stylus, the line gets thicker the harder you press.
Tools
- Pen and highlighter — free drawing; the highlighter is see-through, so it does not hide what is under it
- Eraser — rubs out drawing without touching the background
- Line, arrow, rectangle and circle — hold Shift for a perfect square or circle
- Text — click and type; sticky notes for ideas you can see at a glance
- Nine colours plus any colour you like, and a size slider
- Undo / redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y) and keyboard keys for every tool: P, H, E, L, A, R, O, T, N — and F for fullscreen
- The eraser shows a ring the size of what it rubs out
Six boards
- White — a clean page
- Grid — for graphs, diagrams and drawings to scale
- Dots — a light dot grid for sketches and bullet journals
- Lined — like a notebook page, for handwriting practice
- Blackboard — green chalkboard with a wooden frame; the ink turns to white chalk
- Dark — a dark board that is easy on the eyes on a projector

Frequently asked questions
Is the online whiteboard free?
Yes. No sign-up, no limits and no watermark on the picture you download.
Is my drawing saved?
Yes, on this device, in your browser — automatically, as you draw. It is not uploaded anywhere, so it does not appear on other computers. Download a PNG to keep a copy or to share it.
Can I use it on a tablet or with a pen?
Yes. Draw with your finger or a stylus; with a pen, the line follows how hard you press.
Can several people draw on it at the same time?
No — this whiteboard is for one screen. Share it by showing it on a projector or in a video call, and send the PNG afterwards.
