Bubble Note ("the app", "we", "us") is a note-taking app that stores your notes on your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not handle. By using Bubble Note you agree to this policy.

Summary (the short version)
- No account is required. You don't sign up or log in.
- Your notes stay on your device. Notes, images, and settings are stored locally on your phone. We do not upload, sync, collect, or have access to them.
- We don't collect personal data ourselves.
- We show ads using Google AdMob, which may collect certain device information (such as advertising identifiers) to serve and measure ads.
- The app works offline. An internet connection is only used to load ads.
Information we collect
Data you create (stored locally only)
Notes you write, images you attach, the "friends" you create, and your app settings (such as your chosen language) are stored only on your device using the device's local storage. This information:
- Is not transmitted to us or any server we control,
- Is not backed up to any cloud by the app,
- Is deleted when you delete a note, when a note expires, when you clear the app's data, or when you uninstall the app.
We (the developer) cannot see or access this content.
Permissions the app may request
- Photos / Media / Storage — only so you can attach images to your notes. Selected images are copied into the app's private storage on your device.
- Internet / Network access — used to load and display ads.
The app does not use your location, contacts, microphone, or camera for tracking.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Bubble Note displays banner ads through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which can include:
- Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID),
- Device information (device model, OS version, language, coarse/approximate region),
- App interaction and ad-performance data.

Your ad choices
You can limit ad personalization at the device level:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → *Delete/Reset advertising ID* or *Opt out of Ads Personalization*.
How information is used
- Your notes and images: solely to provide the app's functionality on your device (creating, viewing, editing, and auto-expiring your notes).
- Advertising data (via Google): to display ads, measure their performance, and limit repetitive ads, as described by Google.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data sharing
We do not share your notes or content with anyone — they never leave your device. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, which processes the advertising-related data described above to provide ads within the app.
Data retention and deletion
- Notes and images remain on your device until they expire, you delete them, or they are removed from Trash (kept up to 30 days after deletion/expiry).
- To delete all app data at any time: uninstall the app, or go to your device Settings → Apps → Bubble Note → Storage → Clear data.
- Advertising data handled by Google is retained and managed according to Google's policies.
Children's privacy
Bubble Note is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (for example, under 13 in the U.S.). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help address it.
Security
Your notes are stored in the app's private storage on your device and protected by your device's own security (screen lock, OS sandboxing). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but because your content stays on your device, it is never transmitted to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the app or on our website.
